Since 1953, Virginia Homes and the Ruma family have been dedicated to building quality homes in the Central Ohio area, offering the finest craftsmanship, while taking advantage of innovative technology, designs and materials.
In 2008, the homebuilding tradition passed to Charles E. Ruma – a very hands-on owner, who personally oversees every step of the Virginia Homes experience. Charles is also the owner of The Ruma Group, a division of Virginia Homes that specializes in rental properties.
Over 15,000 families have enjoyed the benefits of owning a Virginia Home. And now, we are excited to offer those same Virginia homes as rental properties through the Ruma Group.
